TEASER TUESDAY : Undeniably Chosen, A Significance Novel

My hand still gripped my shirt at my chest from where he scared me, my breaths rushed from me, but I just watched me as he watched me.
“I went to your house, but you weren’t there,” he stated the obvious. “I called your cell and you didn’t answer either.”
“How did you get my number?” I asked, but even as I said the words I realized. “You put your number in my phone last night, didn’t you?”
He nodded, maybe even a little sheepishly, his lips twisting, and then he looked me square in my eyes. His beautiful blue eyes pleaded with me.
“It wasn’t hard to find you though with the withdrawals kicking in this morning.” His brow lowered, the skin around his blue eyes crinkling a little as he thought about something. It was so totally adorable that it pissed me off because I wanted to be angry with him.
“What?” I asked.
“What are you doing here?” He rubbed his chin, looking uncomfortable. I realized then that he was trying to hide a smile. Why… I looked up to see that I had pulled over across the street from the fire station. There was a large ‘22’ on the front and I remembered that from the shirt he was wearing in the coffee shop that day. I would never be able to forget that. “I thought you wouldn’t want anything to do with me and then you come here?”
“I didn’t realize I did,” I answered softly. I shivered.
“Please, Ava,” he said and when I looked back at him, he was looking right at me. In me, through me, to me. “I know you doubt me and I’m sorry for that. I’ll spend as long as it takes proving that I want to be worthy of you one day. You can doubt me all you want, just let me help you. Please,” he practically growled and that’s how I knew he was for real. He sounded just like Daddy did when it came to Mom, her safety.

COMING SOON!
FALL
There is NO official release date for this book.
When it gets closer to time, I may give a date, but all I can say right now is that I'm working on it and hope to have it done by the end of the end year sometime.
Or "fall" :)
Thank you!

    1. There were lots of elements and deja vu moments of Maggie and Caleb in the book it seemed because it's all about the bonding. I have really enjoyed writing it because the first book was my favorite to write of all the series. :)

    2. I was thinking the same thing. I also hate not knowing the release date! We can't even count down the days yet. : ( The only thing I'm really struggling with is avoiding looking at the book cover. The guy with his 1970's pornstar stache is killing me!

    3. I have a lot of personal stuff going on right now and can't give a release date. If you guys remember, I was late on the last book, Altered, and I don't want to give you a date and then be late on it, so I'm giving a broad time frame (fall, end of the year) and hope that I can make it. There are tons of books to keep you company in the mean time. In my tabs up top, I even have a "Favorites" so you know which books are most like mine. I know it's not fun waiting for a release date, but authors having other things going on in their lives, too :) As for Seth's mustache, sorry, can't help you there. I thought it was adorable. :)
